Aim for the fertile week, save your bullets, "do" only during that window period (if possible every day)
After "work done" don't go wash up (for the lady), put a pillow under your batocks and sleep till the morning.

apart from fertility issues,
remember to only do during the time when its effective and ask the guy not to do anything while its not effective timing including exhuasting/offloading of ammo in between the 2 or 3 weeks break -

Hiya waterfalz,
Despite common thinking, its not that easy to get pregnant. Just visit any gynae or fertility clinic and you will quickly realise that you're not alone.
An adult female has only a 24-48 hour window period (usually 24) per month where she is fertile.....and that may not necessary mean every month either.
This window period can be estimated (around 13 days after the start of your period, if your period is regular), but it differs from person to person. A semi-accurate way is to get the strip test (from pharmacies) which can indicate when you are just near your peak period to get pregnant.
For many couples, failure to get pregnant is often due to the following:
- Wrong timing.
- Low sperm count.
- Bad sperm quality.
- Egg not being produced.
- Egg quality is bad.
- Other complications like kinked/blocked fallopian tubes, etc.
For the above common problems, modern medical science can come to the rescue (at quite a high price too - usually thousands of $). Depending on the problem, the doctor may recommend the following:
- Keep trying by yourselves (they usually won't because they wanna earn $).
- IUI (injecting his sperms directly and deeply into you, via a syringe). $2000.
- IVF (withdrawing your eggs, fertilising them with his sperm externally, then implanting the embryo back into you). $10,000.
- See a Traditional Chinese Medicine sinseh (although unproven and unexplained by western medical science, it is a documented fact that TCM has helped and does help. Thong Chai in Singapore is famous for this.). $cheap.
Of course, just as with any other situation in life, there are some problems which cannot be overcome medically....but this is very rare. Whatever the case, doctors recommend that if you've tried by yourselves for one year and still have no success, then its time for a check-up.
If you want to start with a cheap way (TCM sinseh), I can recommend you to one.....BUT she would probably ask you to go for a medical checkup with a gynae first, so that she'll know whats wrong and what to prescribe. TCM takes around 6 months to work.
Lastly, its very important to make sure that you guys are using the right hole!

By the way, guys.....the sperms which you ejaculate during your orgasm is usually around 80-90 days old already. For most guys, the best quality sperms are produced when he ejaculate once every 3 days. Within 3 days, the sperm count may not be enough (bad volume). Longer than 3 days, some sperms are already aged and dead (bad quality). So guys....remember to cum once every 3 days, no matter how.
Keep your testicles cool (why do you think they're outside your body?) - at 2 degrees C below your body temperature. So no laptops on your laps, no sitting down closing your legs for long periods of time, no hot spas, no sauna, no steam rooms, no long distance driving, no tight underwears. Watch your nutrition too (Zinc, Vitamin C, proteins, etc, etc, etc). Smokers need a lot more Vitamin C per day than non-smokers.
Excessive alcohol, smoking, too much coffee, sicknesses, virus attacks, stress, etc are all known to affect sperm count/quality and the production of eggs too.
Whatever it is....remember that whatever you do now will only show results in 80-90 days, provided you do it right.

One of the biggest killers of sperms is the woman's vaginal secretions....they are actually anti-sperm. This is why there is IUI (where they use a syringe to inject the sperms deep into the woman - bypassing all the vaginal 'juices' which would otherwise kill the sperms on their way in). -
