A husband has a mistress outside.. left the wife at home supporting one whole family (with Mother in law, sister in law, father in law..& of coz, her own two children). And the betrayal is time after time... Do you think she should divorce?

If something is dead, bury it. Dun let it fester and rot. Divorce the creep. Maintenance can be sought from the Court. He wanna have 2 or 3 really up to him. Can't stop it. But he gotta be responsible financially.

In regards to the 'mistress' outside... How reliable is the source? -

easy to advice from outside. Just let wife decide for herself what's best for her, for her children, and those around her if she also care for them. Can be complicated. If so obvious, no need to ask for advice.

The question should be why should she not divorce?
since husband lie and cheat so many times liao but the wife just kept forgive and forgive him, will divorce really make any difference?
sometimes i really admire this type of men, how can they make woman treat them so well?
i got good men wanting to find nice ladies to get marry but no one wants them. Bad guys married easily and dump ladies easily are the hotest item in town. -
perhaps tts why the saying - nan ren bu huai nu ren bu ai... well vice versa too perhaps...
sad point is most of these people expect themselves to be saved by good men and good women at the end of the time when they are already trash in body and soul by then...

those r not HER children... should be THEIR children. beyond the bedroom affair n romance with 3rd party, there is an obligation.
if he is being irresponsible, u will hv to clip him where it hurt him most. nah.. not cascrate him, just whack on the maintenance for children n possession of flat. no $$ no honey.
and experts hv warned though, u hv to make the r/s work 1st and resort to divorce as a last option. it is a costly affair. -
To the original post, it is possible that the wife is sticking with the philandering husband because of the children. While most young financially-independent women would find a husband's infidelity hard to swallow, the woman in question could be putting the children's interests before her own.

Divorce will destroy the family unit. But do not blame urself for that coz the reason for this unfortunate incident is the wrongdoings of the husband. So the wife shouldnt feel bad for filing for a divorce n seeking maintenance. Furthermore, things can be done to mend the family (w/o the man-of-the-house of course) ties, assuming the wife gets the custody of the kids etc.. though great effort n time is required. However, such betrayal from a spouse should nv be condoned..

i think behind every sad story, which is divorce in this case, there must be a reason. Though as a guy, dun say that i am being MCP or siding with the husband. Firstly, what is the root of the prob? This can only be solve if the husband and wife sit down and talk. maybe they dont understand each other, and only hanging onto marriage because of children. There are lots of reasons, which non of us can understand unless the couple talk it out.
OF COURSE its wrong of the husband to go out and play, and even worse, supporting a mistress! In order for things to work out, first, ask the wife to hire a PI to take pictures of the affair. DO NOT let the husband know she has the evidence when they are trashing out. ONLY, i said ONLY show it to the lawyer when they are filing for divorce. As you know, guys like us, can sometimes bluff our way thru if we know you have evidence. We will try and make your heart soft, then........
Ask the wife to get a life, know the root of prob, and take evidence at the same time!@@
