Throughout the date,you bored her out. You know she's bored cos you basically didn't talk much. When you send her home. She ask to take a photo with you with her hp.
Does it mean she doen't dislike you? -
She was hoping that you would take the opportunity to show more interest by getting closer to her.

Actually you didn't give us enough details for us to make a more conclusive judgement. Did she appear bored or was she enjoying talking all the time? Maybe she likes guys who don't talk much?
Or were YOU the one who was bored?

It is however, a good excuse for you to ask her to email/send you the pic so both of you can remember each other even if you do not meet again for the next '5 years'.
And if that excuse still did not work to start you up in interesting her to you. You really ought to get help. -
Just ask her out again. If she likes you enough she will give you another chance. If not well think of all the money you saved from not going out with her

Actually I disagree, saying that she took photo with you because she is interested or at least interested to further the relationship a little. This is a misconception. This, IMO, is merely goodwill and goodwill is not to be mistaken for anything else. I rather tell you this, than to instill false hope and you become complacent.
If you wanna woo her and since you know what's your flaw, if you don't work to improve it, you shall see yourself losing to yourself and ulimately a potential relationship with her.
