Sometimes after reading all the stuff here, I think all that crap--- about communications, understanding what a gal wants, being sincere & dressing appropriately--- are well, plain crap
The Reality is rely quite different--- quite cruel to teach someone all these, and after he spent money & effort to accomplish the above & still get treated like a fool, u get psycho
Some factual theories
It never matters how much U love her. A gal will only care how much she loves u
If she loves u, even if u slap her in public & spit saliva at her, she still loves u.
ItÂ’s never about qualifications & money. Just look around the shopping centres u hang out--- some of the most chio, beautifully dressed babes are with some Ah Bengs, Fat pudgy human specimens or guys who wear TEH-sua & TEH-Kor to Town
If she loves u, she will even work as prostitute to feed u. I know some gals are ATM to their slacker BF. Even if u work hard to give her a decent living, She will say u are boring & average -

Is there any constructive advice you could give to guys from your post? Like how to tell how much, or whether a girl loves you? Or like how to make a girl love you without giving her love in the first place?
All that you have is but a rant. You may find it all crap now, but when you grow older, you'll eventually realise that the gift of love is not a gift that has to be necessarily returned in kind. A true lover finds happiness not in the destination as in the reward, but in the journey as in the process.
By the way, "factual theories" is an oxymoron, like "clever idiot". A theory can be proven wrong; a fact is, well, a fact. -
Why I cannot even say what i like in my own thread? If u disagree with my sentiments, just ignore me...
What I am doing is just to educate nice decent chaps(like myself
) to prevent them from being hurt by the harsh, paradoxical realities of this world.
Whenever I post controversial topics, there will always be some flamming or sacarsatic comments. So everyone must have the same mentality, post the same kinda of problems, eg. MY BF two-timing me, how? How to tell if he likes me?
These are the kind of accepatable problems which u ppl will love to help rite? If it's a lonely guy pouring out his woes, he is deemed as a loser ranting, as weird, socially un-acceptable?? -
let me guess...u cant find a girl who can show u love and based this theories on ur observations and personal experience?

Like when you said it only matters "how much she loves u", well, that theory may be true from your standpoint and some would agree with that, but... so what? Can you give any advice to them on how to tell "how much she loves u"? If not, it is likely that they would still end up "being hurt by the harsh, paradoxical realities of this world", with or without your advice.
This is like the time when I was having this conversation with a guy and he said, "Beware of women who are money-grubbing cheating b itches. They'll use you and they'll leave you."
"Yup, I'd avoid such women, too. So how do you tell them apart from the good ones?"
Long pause.

It may be advice all right, but there wasn't anything I could use to follow.

But of course, you can't expect love to work by PLAIN EFFORTS... Some people don't like coffee... And they simply won't like coffee no matter what... Some of them don't like, but are willing to try after much convincing...?
If there is simply no chemistry between this 2 people, and you can just 'push' your way in somehow no matter what... I find that would be somehow 'artificial' and can be in quite scary in some cases indeed...? -

only difference is MOST gals think deeper about "do i really love him" and if the answer is "no" then d=end it fast b4 anyone gets hurt even deeper; whereas, MOST guys don't think as deep about this and just go on thinking " Hey I got a gf!!!" THAT's the difference!!!
P.S. i emphasised "MOST" because you can never use one theory and apply it to all the femal species or all the male species!!! -
