Well as for me, he really didn't inform me fully the side effects and that's what I am unhappy about. If he would have informed me about it and I still persisted in going for the surgery, I would have no one to blame but myself.
What I am unhappy about is that these doc nowadays just want you to go under the knife. Guess it's like they are getting more experienced by working on patients...
1 more patient = Gaining 1 more experience.
Ya well, sorry if i got it wrong. Your problem is that you probably indicated your understanding of the risks involved, consented to the op by signing some form or another. Now, you can say all you want that the doc did not inform you fully of the risk, but in the end, it will be your word against his.
