To me, a person should only be charged for a crime that he has committed.It's like saying that he stole some beer in America last year and he comes to Singapore ,blabbers about it and SG decides to charge him with stealing all based on anecdotal evidence,especially circumstantial evidence cannot be gotten because we have no extraterritorial jurisdiction.
