I can tell you that people with ugly face usually have an ugly character/personality/intentions.
But as the saying goes, never judge a book by its cover...<- that doesn't refers to personality/character/intentions in any way. People often misinterpreted it in that manner.
Never judge a book by its cover should be interpreted by judging a person's abilities from their looks. It's Abilities <- What that person can do and is capable of....and got nothing to do with whether that person is nice or not.
Usually I judge a person on whether that person is nice or not, good or bad by their looks and I've yet to be proven wrong.

Not trying to prove you wrong but rather to remind you that not all ugly people have ugly characteristic. We just have to be more patient with them. Put it this way, most ugly people will have extensive inferior complex and it builds up day after day and years after years as usually people will give them another kind of look as if they are of some aliens. On the countrary, if one is more patient with them and prove to them that they meant no harm, don't think that they will be ugly with them. If you still think them as ugly and have an ugly characteristic, then look yourself in the mirror..you are more ugly then them. -

The only person I ever met who was ugly both inside and out was in the army. And to this day I really pity whomever's life he touches. -
