That's because guys usually do not preceive reality as a channel to voice their hurt because of their Ego. Yes, guys are still flesh and blood, and you may've seen a guy crying, but he wouldn't be proud to declare to other people that his problems were so painful that he had cried over them.
Guys generally don't like to see other guys crying, even if it is for real painful emotional reasons. (That's probably also why guys don't like letting other guys see them cry as well.) A guy can b itch about his job, his boss, his parents, his wife, his mistress(es), his kids, his impot... no, not that... his cancer, his bankruptcy, even his own life in general, but it's all got to be done in a way that other guys could accept -- like sincerely asking for practical advice, and no wallowing in self-pity as if he is the centre of the universe and absolutely "no more tears".
I know my choice of words sounds rather harsh, but it is cold hard reality. Put the boys through two years of national service, and most come out knowing that whining is not an option because "sad stories are like asses -- everybody's got one". Forcing your own personal story into people's ears isn't going to make it any sadder than their own. -

Honestly, I just broke up with my bf, becoz I can't go on waiting for him anymore. We have a lot of problems, breaking up and patching back several times. I kept giving ourselves a chance in the hope that he'll realize how much I want this relationship to work out, but he never did. Moreover, he loves himself more than he loves me. That's why I broke up with him, coz it hurts too much to love him. Dun always think that the girls are the ones who wanna hurt u guys. If u guys dun give us a reason to hurt u, we won't. -

Don't go steady unless the party meets your requirements & have same interests/ goals as u.
Some jump straight in after knowing the person for short time.
Mostly it is infatuation/ crush. Take time to know him/ her better.
Do background checks, meet his/her family/ friends to find out their character.
Then there will be less break-ups/ hurt later. -

Whoa.. sounds like we got some issues going on here ! both sides have thier side. What i think is.. its true how girls can change heart faster then guys.The guys have longer mourning period. GIrls have less.. coz when they just broke up n are lonely ..they are most vulrnable. Thats when the wolves move in to claim the lamb.
