  dear aunt agony,
  
  i reali love my gf very much. but the problem is sometimes i don't seem to trust her and i even have to 'make' myself trust her sometimes. even though i know she is telling the truth (found out afterwards). i know we both love each other very much but sometimes i just feel that i'm getting over possessive. can anybody out there help me? help is needed here not sarcasm. thnks a lot...

  try a little mantra each time it rears its ugly head..

  and each time you're proven right in "i can trust her", just strengthens your faith and trust in her

  Hmm... I believe in a relationship trust is very important and if there is a lack of trust, alot of problems will subsequently arrive. Wats the reason u dun trust her? For me to not trust someone, that person must have hurt me alot in the past.

  perhaps sth happened to u in the past that cause u to be suspicious of her. An ex gf cheated on u? etc..bring closure to that 1st.

  get a grip mate. talk things out with your gal, whatever it is that you don't trust her about. but if it's your insecurity that's getting into the way, you better pull yourself together soon, before your r/s crumbles.
