Feeling tired all the time... anyone feel the same?

Even if I sleep 8-9 hours a day, I still will feel very sloppy and tired. Any person exp the same problem?
If I can restore my lost energy I can be a very loud and socialable person.
Checked diet, ok.. not too much sugar in my food
Exercise? I jog every sunday
Ht/Wgt are normal.
Can any good people help me?
Nowadays, I mostly stay home.. cos im too tired. Iwant my life back~

could it have been stress at work, school or at home? which persists unvaried over more than two weeks.
your tiredness may be explained by your lifestyle and suggest changes. examination may reveal a cause such as anaemia, diabetes or thyroid disorder. blood and or other tests may sometimes be necessary to confirm these findings or if normal reassure you.
sometimes, if there is no obvious physical cause other explanations may be offered such as stress reaction, chronic anxiety or even depression. -
try the peanuts by mrs***.....

not enuff iron in your blood probably... eat more veggie...

though u slept sufficient hours, make sure u sleep early.. let's say by 11.00pm to 7.00am. wake up early in the morning is good as the morning air is much fresher.
like what starblue has written above, take more iron as it could be the lack of iron.. low blood pressure can also cause you to feel tired easily. to improve the condition, always have sufficient water (8 glasses a day).
sugar at an appropriate time will actually give you energy. if you feel tired, take some chocolates as it will perk you up a little. -

More likely a vitamin or mineral deficiency. I suggest a multi-vit or mineral supplement, prefereably natural source.
On the other hand, you just need a change of pace. A holiday may be just the thing ...

I usually sleep at most...4 hours (3am-7am). Then throughout the day take naps. On weekend..if nothing on, can sleep 12-16hours.

Many of my frens take Berocca...so far they r still alive..they take the soluble ones. Personally i cant stand the taste.

hey den.. i been like these for last 1 year also..not too sure wads the reason too..seems wadever i do no "perk" go out also sianz...but its evidently when i got my ankle injury a year back and i stop joggin @ the gym...
nowdays i just take vit-c 500g and greentea extract for detox..sleeping a regular 8-9 hours also feeling draggy in the morning..
i read diabetes patients get tired really easily...i bought a urine home test kit and tested negative , but i guess i will have to go for a blood test soon to be really sure.. you should go for health screening le *but not from NKF i hope lol* -
