Stressful Working job scope

currently am working, in an office based surrounding. But things are Always not going smoothly on my side. Other party (other agencies/offices)forever not willing to co-operate & end up i m the one being blame in the company. To summarise everything, whenever things goes wrong, I am forever being the one to push blame, since i got no high post or pple to back me up.
They simply can't understand the rationale that one hand wun clap! How am i suppose to get things done without other party co-operating?
Then whenever things screwed up, i would be living in fear, waiting to hear or expect something from big boss. This kind of life is tiring & stressful.
Today is a good example. i get blamed for things that i have done but some axxhole accused me that i din do it!!!! I retaliate back to higher level. Then now higher level knows abt it but tilll now i received no news abt the update. have you ever felt this way too?
Sometimes really feel so unappreciate in the organisation. But i can't bear to leave my current job, cos of the good pay & benefits.. -

Boy boy, its hard to change a job nowadays. Jobs are not so easy to find as before. 10 monks are fighting for a bowl of porridge u see....

i am a living example.
i resigned from my job late 2003 as i was unhappy with my GM .
i am still unemployed now.
bear with it. in singapore it is mostly about money. good jobs come with a price. -

Since u feel tat tis job still have some attractions - Gd benefits and pay.. Try stay on bah.. Now job very hard to find le..
It doesn mean tat when u change job.. U would be happier le.. everywhere got back stabbers.. etc.. Give in ur best.. jia you!

stick to current job, while looking for a better one, once u are confident of getting a new better job, quit. Dun quit now without being sure u can get a better job. Or else u end up getting a worse job or cant even get a job at all. -

Thanks, felt much better after wad u said. Sigh. But really very xin ku inside. No mood to eat, severe mood swing until tears drop. This can't go on man. Got to find a solution asap. Have to cling on to such a job is tedious, mentally. Going to work everyday is as good as going for a war. Anytime not cautious enough... Thats it. U get a stab.
Now i dun intend to leave my job, but what if e organisaion decides to terminate me??? Arrrgh!!! They dun fancy younger female staff... Dunno why.. -

my GM was targeting me. shout and yell, then apologised and said she didnt mean to be rude. said i was in comfort zone for too long. asked if i take my work as a job or career.
when i approached her about my problem with a rude subordinate and requested her action she said 'that is because you did not earn her respect'. and thats it!!!
it was so tiring going to work always on the defensive. -
Now really in a dilemma... to go or not to go.. if dun go they will take me for granted & look me down. If go that means all my efforts down to drain le. Sianz, tomorrow got to wait to big boss reaction, hate this kind of life. Myabe i should just jump down from my flat.. at least can claim insurance(s).

sOmetimes.. It reali depends on how we tak things.. When u can see things in a different perspective.. U feel beta.. Think thru it.. Think it in another way tat it can makes u feel beta..

Some people likes to 'bully' others.. coz they themselves so very stress up.. Ha.. Lik to give nicks to tis people.. Old hag.. Or confirm quarrel wit hubby.. Or @ home surely kena bullied by wife.. etc..
Tis is childish.. But can try.. Think of how u can bully them.. Give nicknames..

I think Nu^Ren can start searching for a new job,just in case anything goes wrong and the big boss decides to fire u. If ur family is real need of money,just hang on. If still stable just quit if u find a new job,although benefits and pay may be less. The most important thing is to find a happy working environment!

its hard 2 survive nowadays with so much competition. moreover, no matter where u go, there r bound 2 b probs like wat u mentioned. working is a ppl factor thing. but i understand sometimes its kinda hard 2 endure the mental torture. mayb u shd keep a clear head & @ the same time source 4 another job. meantime jus bear with it, u will b fine. cheers!!!

a happy worker is a more productive worker! Bosses like productive workers! Productive workers get promoted! promoted workers get higher salaries n more company benefits! higher salaries n more benefits motivate the worker 2 work even harder 4 the company!
Can u c the cycle? N it all starts wif being happy n interested in wad ur doin!
If u earn more but feel unhappy all the time, it will affect ur family oso right?
It all boils down 2 wad u consider as "a gd life".

productive doesnt mean u will get promoted!!! i agree with dragg. it depends on your qualifications & how well u get along with your boss & how well liked u r & how important u r 2 the company. its a whole package thing
