What to do now?

See ah, I got this crazy laptop, Monday suddenly breakdown...
The blue screen keep coming out during boot, so I did a System Restore on Safe Mode, but cannot the blue screen still keep coming out during booting that time.
So Tuesday, I decided to sent it for repair, well, its the logical thing to do mah. So before, I send it for repair, I tried switching on the laptop again because the previous few times I send it for reapir, the computer somehow miraclously managed to work while the person was checking it.
But still cannot lah, the blue screen still kept coming out during boot.
So I took it for repair... Then at the shop, this guy attended to us. Okay lah, I think this guy is greenhorn lah... I bring my computer go repair so many times, never seen him before. So I took out the laptop, gave him check check... As expected... miracle... it managed to work... I don't know why everytime I brought it there, can work... at home cannot...and yes, I tried switching it on without plugging in anything, but also cannot... 
So that guy messed around with my laptop, check check.... uninstalled somethings, reinstalled somethings.... then he concluded.... nothing wrong, no problem liao... then I brought the laptop home... very puzzled... really nothing wrong meh?
Because, the last few times, I go let the person check, different personnel lah, not this new guy... they also check say no problem, but they kept it for a few days to analyse and repair throughly... Then returned to me... a working pc....
So I brought home, on the way home, on the bus, I switch it on, nothing happened...Yay...or so I thought... Then I brought it home, I switch it on...Ten Ten Ten Ten... the blue screen come out again...
So nevermind lor, I give up liao...ask my mother today bring go repair again...
So my mother brought it to work...after work then bring go repair... So my mother itchy hand go switch it on...at her workplace...then miracle...can work... She even left it on for 1 hour....nothing happened.... WTF....
So just now my mother called me...later want to bring it go repair or bring it home?
And no, I didn't plug in anything while swtihing it on....
So now how? -
Not really sure... What kind of environment is your house like...? Is the air very moist or what...?
Could it be dusty within the laptop...? Dirty...? Something about the motherboard...?
Software problem...? Virus..? -
Problematic laptop, must be a compaq.

And yes, Compaq... I noe Compaq very problematic lah... but I just Compaq....dunno why.... -

Hai... guess wat... after checking the person say no problem again... but now I use, really no problem...
But I got 1 big problem... because before I ask my mother sent the laptop go repair I did reformatt and reinstalled windows... fine...
Then I tried to install the Drivers CD... a CD full of Drivers lah...provided by Compaq... So install install... halfway...blue screen come out... last time also got once like tat... instal Drivers CD.... halfway blue screen come out...
So now the computer can work...but the drivers halfway install nia... yaya I know, uninstalled right? But problem is..its not one drivers..its many many... So I dunno which is which..and dunno which might got error...
So now although can use this is the problem?
So I wondering, if I reformatt and install Windows... But I dun install the drivers provided by Compaq... Just install Windows nia... can use or not? -

is ur laptop under warranty?
if it is...when the blue screen comes up...take a pic of it(I presume U have a digital cam) and bring it with ur laptop back to compaq service centre...ask to speak to the person-in-charge and tell him/her that U have been going to back to them with the same problem and show them the pic of ur laptop with the blue screen...ask them to do multiple boot-ups(shut down,pull out power cord,whatever) to wait for the problem to appear....if they can solve ur problem...get them to reinstall ur OS and drivers and inform U to collect it from them.if not,get a new laptop.

The Driver Recovery CD got problem or clashes with the Hardware somehow!!!!!
Wednesday, I try reformatt and reinstall Windows... No problem... can... But then!!!! I go install the Driver Recovery CD.... but install halfway the Blue Screen come out!!!!

Then I remember half a year ago this also happened before...
Wah Lau Eh!!! Compaq's problem again!!!!
But then something I dun understand.... the first few times, I bring go repair, I also got give him the CDs wat... how come he can install, I cannot? Or is it he got some trick? -
take a video camcorder and record it when it have the blue screen and then show it to them

Anyway the error is...
Windows has detected a problem and blah blah blah....
IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL
If this is the first time you see this error, restart blah blah blah...
If the problem still...blah blah blah... check whether you have installed any software or device recently... blah blah blah... Disable BIOS or cache... Blah Blah Blah... Use Safe Mode to do if needed...
Something like tat lah...
