First, my advise for you is to continue with your studies to secondary 5 inorder to attain your GCE 'O' level. Reason being, if you are not able to secure a place in the polys, at least you are able to go ITEs for Higher NITEC instead of NITEC.
Note: NITEC (NTC3/NTC2) is 2 years course and there after another 2 years course for Higher NITEC (ITC).
If you stop at GCE 'N' level, then your only choice is to enrol for NITEC for 2 years course then Higher NITEC for 2 years then Diploma for 3 years course...
You do the maths...
