  i met this girl while out with my friends to a concert. i cant seem to stop thinking of her everyday. i got to know her better by chatting with her through msn and even got her number. the problem is, she doesn't seem to be interested in me at all. besides, she's been going out with a friend of mine.
  suggestions please.

  not all the time, maybe ask her out for lunch, movies, a walk in the park, a nutcase day out running around in the arcades, movies, shopping and whatever your fancy takes you? a few hours in the museum, a few hours in the Science Centre..
