About 15years old IC application questions ( urgent )

  I had a friend who is 15 years old during july..about 1month ago the government send a letter to inform him to go down to lanvender to do his IC during the period from 2/7 to 5/8..but he didnt go down there..what is he going to do now? wait for another letter?

  neh dont listen to him..
  you either call them to schedule another date..
  or they will send you a warning letter together with a scheduled date..
  but if you were to ignore that warning letter too then you will be fined..
