Need some suggestions/advices what eva u call it...

Basically, I have always wanted to do sth in the finance line.
I realised that my current job is kinda like the right job for me.
Choice 1:
Go on and get the qualifications for a job in the finance line.
Choice 2:
Improve myself further, and just stay in my current job / wait for a chance to move on to a greener pasturein the same field??
More information will be given when asked.. cos I have no idea what to tell you guys.

01. hate to work with ppl..
02. am more efficient when there's less ppl around me cos I get VERY easily distracted when ppl are moving around me.
03. like the freedom my current superiors give me. I am free to do anything I want, anyway I want, in any order of priority I want as long as I show results.
04. am working as a web administrator and this co dun give a hoot about qualifications.
05. .. there is no chance of me gettin promoted.. unless.... u're talkin about takin over other ppl's responsibilities... -
Both choices seem similar. Why not just go ahead and upgrade yourself?

since u r young stay with the current job .. earn enough for yr school fee than go and improve yrself ... IT have different area u can improve and try on -

go for IT only if you are really good at it. FTs take away a lot of IT jobs.

It's abit hard to advise you, given that finance is an area which you've always wanted to be involved in, yet you have an interest in your current job.
The only thing I'd say is that, if you enjoy this line you're working in right now, why rock the boat? Finance isn't an easy area, I'm speaking from experience. If you like the fast-paced life, then perhaps it might be for you. But be prepared to really slog & upgrade your skills & knowledge if you should choose this area.

Yup. Finance isn't easy and besides... You're quite very comfortable with your current job? Personally... I feel that your love for finance is just rather 'surface' for now...? I'm not saying for sure that you won't love it... But as you learn more and more of it, and given the fact that your job nature in that line has not been fixed... Chances are...
