But why do you need to do this? Instead ask yourself have you done anything meaningful for the day?

It is not a negative thing to cry. It's a good thing. Worst is that u pent all thing up in ya mind. Likened a volcanoe.... wait till one cannot bear all the emotional stress, the breakdown will commence. 1.. 2... 3....

Feel helpless and sad at times, wishing for someone to pamper me.
I called these the [b]"Mood Swing"
But now i had learned to take it.
Esp recently facing my junction in life, but i tell myself to be patient and solve all stuff one by one. Luckily everything is fine now.

Somehow I agree with u...Originally posted by ironoxideman:yeap, sometimes i feel that way too.Lower than down and for no particular reason. But I can't cry or find any emotional release,so I just spend the rest of the day alone, wasting away infront of the computer, leaving all chores, duties, homework out of sight.Don't have the mood to do anything.
I think its cos of past experiences or failures that i've tried to forget and have partially succeeded in doing so. but these things are unresolved,so they build up over time and you lose faith in everyday things.
