sorry if i'm missing the point here but...
Olio Dome at Suntec is a great place to bring a loved one to dinner! The food is good, they have a set meal that comes with starter + entree + glass of wine tho it's a bit on the steep side ($30++) but it's definitely worth the money. Ambience is excellent, service is second to none- they treat u like a king (and queen). only minus point is that its near the road... but it's really not that bad.
oh yeh... al fresco is the way to go...
