she keeps on sms-ing him...
today i saw his sms which appears and say : I'm not feeling well today.. so cant talk to u ok???
this happens at my place.. once i saw it i hid in the toilet n cry

This can go both ways...
1) they are just friends and some friends can be really close to a pt that they chat everyday...
2) They are friends but may not necessary stay that way for good...
whichever the above situation is, you are obviously not comfy with it.. sit down and have a chat with him... but do not sound like you are accusing him or controling him...
start of by asking him to honestly tell you if from his pt of view he is just friends with that girl...
do not tell him that you don't want him to contact her... instead ask him if she know's that the friendship is totally platonic... gently ask him to try and draw a line...
remember don't pressure him... talk openly about how you feel.... think through before hand what you want to say to him.... practice it first.... but put yourself in his shoes (assuming he's totally innocent of any non-platonic feeling for that gal, and doesn't hv a clue that anything is wrong...) if u find yourself sightly defensive when u hear what you want to say to him... then rephrase!!!
It'll help if you get a close friend to hear what you have to say and tell you if it is too offensive or... cos sometime when we phrase what we wanna say and deliver it we get caught up in our emotions and we end up saying things that sounds like accusations without us even noticing it.

Getting close to an online friend; I presume that, technically, she is a stranger? Or at least a virtual friend and that's about it?
You are feeling sad because he is getting close a girl OR that fact that he has been chatting with a stranger girl?
Nevertheless, since you have knew about this, you may like to talk about it with him? Not neccessary to trash things out and demand a proper explaination, rather, to ease your suspicion and air things. You may be sensitive, feeling threaten over the existence of the relationship or you may found out something more about your Love... nobody knows for sure.
Don't hide and cry... then pretend you have no knowledge of anything. It will do you worse than to muster some courage to talk about things sensibly.
