  Outings are organised all over the place in the forums.. Sometimes it's just a matter of 'look see' thing... Many times they're PRIVATE... Meaning you won't know it UNLESS you happens to be 'THERE' (or within a group).
  
  20 years old really ain't that old...? I'm not exactly sure how you're living your life now.. But I feel.... You should really be enlarging your social circle? Meet more friends and hang around with people...?
  
  And... I really won't advise you to meet people (friends) carrying the mentality of 'getting a gf' there...? Unless you're talking Speed Dating agencies or SDU and such...?
