Increasing Alchohol tolerance?

How ta increase it? As of now i dun dare to drink too much cuz i will get drunk N outta control. It's always da usual common screwdriver or seabreeze (favourite) N da mixed drinks for me.. but it's 2 shots da max. i really envy gals who can drink lots N still nt get drunk cuz myself can't handle those heavy drinks lyk barcadi etc.. Everytime i go out i will be drinkin da least thn see my fren drink so much N yet still sober nuff ta walk to taxi stand.. Know guys r generally able ta drink more thn gals but i wanna noe if there is any method ta increase it? it wun be a pretty scene whn im drunk..my fren had ta piggybaq me N at last we spent our nite at east coast to chill down before returnin home da nxt day. Since thn i dun dare ta drink too much. Tks for ya help in advance.. ;]

go to the bar to increase your alcho-hole lvl. I dun think you need advide on that

eat lots of butter before hand. The logic behind is ... a lot of oil stays in your stomach & thus alchohol stays on top of those layer of oil. Not only it will act as a form of protection, but also alchohol will get VERY diluteted by the oil.
Another way is to eat some charcoal pills before hand. It acts the same way as eating butter before hand. But none is more effective than eating butter. Try it. I have never get drunk so far. -

Hi. It can be bought any where. This is as common as 'poh chai' pills.. it is placed next to 'poh chai' pills. Normally it is being used to absorb gas in your stomach. ya loh why why? I think you buy a few bottle of alchohol at airport there and drink at home to practice loh.
