Well, I guess I've been asking myself that question or finding the answer to that all my life. After all that searching, I still do not know. Really, I wake up every morning, I see the same face in the mirror. I board the same bus, the same train. I work in the same office (though I'll be out of it in a little less than a years time!ORD!) Having to please the whimps of the same boss, make a clown of myself in front of the same friends. The same desk, the same monitor, the same work, and it all stops at 12.
I try to be different, but similarity returns. I try to be better but fate just drags me down. I try to become someone I'm not and I feel disgusted with myself.
Life, what is Life? A mockery? Or just an identity which we created just to assure ourselves of our existence? Life is false! -

Life is mundane. How many of us lead lives like Indiana Jones or Super Models? You got to make peace with yourself first, that even within the mundane, there is beauty and meaning - or else there really isn't much point. Especially if you are the type who think about it - cos many don't u know.
and only when you have 'scrubbed' the windows inside, then you can look out and see clearly.
Recommend you a book? I thought it was a very enjoyable and meaningful book. Think the title is "Anne" by a writer called "Finn". -

There is beauty from life itself, even though you have no found it. its there.
Taking life to another level and try living life to the fullest, makes a whole new difference...

What i mean is you can't choose the weather, nature and most important of all, you can choose what other people do/want/react. And these are what makes people upset the most. So it is best to look inwards to find your answers in life and assert yourself on the environment rather than wait for everything else to fall in place to make u happy.
Some people call it good attitude, some people call it optimism, some people call it looking through rose coloured glasses

Agree w/ u..we have the choice to choose..only the DEAD cant choose. As long as our heart is beating and our brain working, we have a CHOICE...so choose wisely!@! -

Sometimes you just know what is life all about.
For example, when it's the night sky u are looking at and millions of stars are staring back at you. At that point of time, things that seem important a while ago are not important now. Why? Because compared to all these stars, what are we? Even our planet we live on pale in the light of all these stars.
Another example. Say you have the chance to climb Mt Everest. How difficult it is to make it all the way up to the tallest peak. Supposed you are at the summit, how would you feel? That's what life is all about.
Unfortunately, it's the fortunate few who get to do things I've just mentioned. Only they will know what is life. For the majority of us, we just eat, work/study and sleep. Pathetic isn't it? But this has to be the case because not everyone can climb Mt Everest; not everyone has the time to stargaze, not everyone can do the things he/she wants. Life to them is what it is. They don't have a choice. -
Life is like a story book, We went through different chapters of life, and grew up. some chapters are sad, some chapters are happy. It begin with a cry and it will ends with a smile. In future, I am gotta write myself a happy ending.
