I think the main issue here is if you are comfortable enough with him to allow him to do that.
ask youself this
1. do you know him well enough?
2. are you still uncertain about this relationship?
3. when he touches your brea5t. what are you thinking?
4. are you scared?
5. dunno if and how to stop him nicely?
if the answer of the last 2 qns are yes...
then talk to him. tell him you NEED to take things slower. tell him to give you time to shi4 ying4.
If he really love and respect you, He will wait. even if it never till marriage, he will wait.

haha .. okie.. i've discussed it with him and today we he have kept his hands from that area. he too feels its too fast. it was probably our passion going overboard.. i was pretty passionate that night too. thanks for all the replies..
as for why is he a good guy.
he is a gentleman, as i've said, i've known him for more than a year. he is good and helpful to people, friends and family members. no major bad habits like smoking, gambling or drinking, doesnt scold vulgarities. care for my well being and feelings. humourous and romantic but mature and sensible in his work. looks not bad too.
so what u guys say... good guy right ...conclusion: communication is still the best way to solve problems
