Stress about exams

  Hope nobody minds, but I figured since it's about the 'O' and 'A' levels time period, alot of people will be probably going through the same..
  
  It's scarey when you suddenly lose confidence in yourself, and cant sleep with visions of you doing badly or failing the exams each time you close your eyes.

  I am not taking 'O' and 'A' levels and I have the above symptoms

  exams r not design to fail pple. there is no reason to set exam merely to fail pple. they r still test to evaluate ur knowledge of the subject.
  
  ur failure is perhaps the lack of thorough understanding.
  
  rule no 1 always applies. practise makes perfect.
  
  rule no 2: understanding how exams r set will help u better then understand the entire book inside out.

  i know how u feel..im thinkin of boycottin my biochem exam since im so frus n demoralised cos of the incompetent lecturer

  last time near exams, I would dream horrible dreams where I forgot to study, forgot to bring my writing instruments, go to exam hall in my PJs, and the one that took the cake was to feel my brain scream the word Evil with a presence pressing me down..

  Thats nothing compared to my food engineering tutor.. can you imagine going for a closed book exam and then the lecturer realised half-way thru that:
  
  1) The huge number of complex equations and constants make memorization a task for Mensa
  
  2) Essential charts and figures that must be included are missing from the exam.. aka blank sheet

  three galfrens of mine stressed themselves out over an easy paper and took MC
  
  meaning they are going to take a sub paper
  
  meaning my project group strength is halved, as they prepare for sub paper, and we got project to hand in after exam
