she has to learn to cope, my 2ct is she is underpressure becos she is unable to cope.Originally posted by mystiv:k. this post is seriously not about me, but about my friend. posting here cause i've ran out of ideas to talk to her
basically. my friend has no idea what she wants in her life and has no motivation to push her on. she's getting frustrated by school work, parents, piano (lessons) and everything. all these seems to be getting too much for her..
her studies aint that good, but she's in a good school. because of her (poor)results, her parents have been strict with her and scold her pretty frequently. and she's lost her parents' trust in her as well (not totally i gues), due to certain events and also her school work.
hmm. need help here guys..

how? i dont have the chance to talk to her parents, and there's no chance that she can talk calmly to her parents. usually end up shoutingOriginally posted by Devil1976:Better her relationship with her parents...
Let her parents understand that in order for her to 'benefit' from their 'teachings', they should have a POSITIVE EFFECT on her to better move things along... No matter how slow she might be picking up... It's almost always better than giving negative putting down all the time...?
sounds like me...Originally posted by mystiv:how? i dont have the chance to talk to her parents, and there's no chance that she can talk calmly to her parents. usually end up shouting
Well.. One way or another, they'll have to learn to have a session which can last with at least some sensible mins so that things can work for the better...Originally posted by mystiv:how? i dont have the chance to talk to her parents, and there's no chance that she can talk calmly to her parents. usually end up shouting
try speaking to her again. basically, u need to find out what are the areas in her life she's been missing out.. and also, spend time sowing seeds into her life - meaning, spend ur time together with her encouraging her and if possible, give her some tuition??Originally posted by mystiv:k. this post is seriously not about me, but about my friend. posting here cause i've ran out of ideas to talk to her
