I'm not sure about meditation, but I do have tons of problems with anger too. My way of letting my anger subside (note...I didn't use "suppress") is when I know the anger is building up, I'll close my eyes and take deep breathe until my heartbeat returns to normal beat. Or go for a long long walk alone until I've cooled down and reorganise the whole incident again and try to see things from another angle instead.Originally posted by dragg:meditation is a better way out.
