The questions are design for me to understand you better in order to help you.
It seems more of a crush to me then a real liking. Why I say this? I will show you why step by step.
1) If you really like her, you will push yourself to talk to her on the phone and to ask her out. One word of advice if you like someone, ask her out ask a friend and chat more with the person. Understand the person well first before you make the choice of whether you like the person or not.
2) this one I will not push it becos you have not been in a relationship before take your time to discover that is not easy to be friends again after a breakup.
3) This is the real give away but why not ? Since all crush start from finding someone beautiful or nice.
4) If you think an outing a week is enough for starting a relationship then you are seriously wrong. In the begining of any relationship the starting part is the most important as it builds the foundation of your love for your gf.
At the starting usual couples meet everyday. The cost can be quite high in the starting so I hope you are prepare. One advice save money now to spend on your gf the next time. Start small, a dollar a day will help.
5) Nice touch, you know the basic of taking care of someone. Lets move to the next level and make it even tougher for you. If she is sick and her parents do not know about the 2 of you, what can you do?
6) humm good answer but a word of reminder some gals like make a big fuss to get your attention so be on the look out if your gf suddenly got a werid outbust. -

Well if u dunno that gal well then don go for it. Start by makeing friends with her for some time then discover her characters slowly. THat will b the answer to your question. When u 2 have become close friends then i think u don need us to tell u wat to do. 1 more thing, don spend 2 much monney on her. Don ever let her know u are rich. Pretend to b abit poor. and about the cost thingy ar, it really depends on the girl lor... if she everything hi-class 1 or shops alot, prepare to go broke. on the other hand, if she is frugal and understand (highly unlikely ) then the relationship wun be very ex...
