Heng...don't get too work up for too long over work. Afterall it's not your company. You've said your piece of mind and if they still are stubborn about it, then let them continue and see their own failure.
Think of it this way, if this world there isn't dump stupid people around, then how does the smart and clever people stands out?
Last time at work (ok..I'm not saying I'm clever and smart but my partner is simple too dumb and too stupid and think highly of himself too much) I've got this bloody partner who always think he's right and he's smart and everytime I have to argue with him over work. There's this particular time when I'm simply just too tired to argue with him and let him have a chance to stumble on his own stupidity. Both of us came out with a proposal each for a project and submit to my HOD for approval and behind the scene I ask the HOD to use my partner's proposal and I'm sure his plans will fail and I've submitted together with my proposal a remedy for my partners stupidity. My boss agrees and everything just falls nicely as I predicted. Boss is extremely impressed and definitely impressed by my partner's stupidity.
You get paid for what you sell. -

i myself had seen the ugly of human behaviour which basically makes us no different from animal
i remember Bruce lee once comment abt human greedy for strength in the world but somehow was focus on the wrong belief and that is probably wealth (capitalism) and power to pleasure oneself,

Well, there's certainly 'black sheep' amongst any nation. But the reputation of the nation isn't that fragile to be tainted with just a few individuals. We can't really enforce how people should really behave, it's those unique qualities (good or bad) that makes us unique as individuals, not programmed robots who follow every single protocol right to the dot.
True sometimes we just can't stand the behaviours of our fellow people. Empathise is a good word to use here, not everyone is brought up in an environment that can nuture good values. Not everyone will have the same opinion to matters and their approach to these matters will differ, some complain, some rant.
Try to take things lightly in their stride
