1. Jewellery Nothing so intimate as a ring, but a nice pair of earrings or a pendant should be quite appropriate? There're many sales now & you're sure to find something that will fit your budget. Try Taka/SK/Citigems or Perlini's. Alternatively, you may wanna look in individual jewellery shops at neighbourhood town centres, many of them are having good bargains now.
2. Perfume. Most girls like to smell good.
I wouldn't suggest makeup & skincare, because guys usually dunno what girls like

Go CITIGEMS, and but a small diamond white gold ring, or may be earring. I guess should be quite cheap, and I think should be within your budget. That's the best gift.
Go for CITIGEMS, that's the place I buy stuff for my girlfriends usually. Others can't really make it. Trust me. -
