Is she avoiding me?

I like a girl since last year August but I did not tell her becos I wasn't sure of my feeling that time.
Then I lost contact with her but found her in November in ICQ and met her up in December but by that time she got bf already.
After that, we didn't meet up again but kept up with phone calls to each other frequently, then it slowed down to a regular basis and it stopped completely in May/June this year.
As far as I know, we didn't have any arguments or anything to piss each other off nor did I express my feeling for her and she even told me to call her when I'm free.
Umm, but recently i message her (like Hi good evening!) with very casual greetings but she never even bother to reply or send me anything at all.
I've this feeling she's sort of avoiding me but can't really figure out a reason for her to do so. I mean I'm just trying to be friendly and be a casual friend wif her only.
What should I do now? Call her or email her and ask her why she avoiding me or just assume that it's a clear sign employed by girls that they're avoiding someone.
Can any girl decipher what she's thinking? -

haha anyway i dun think she's avoiding u lah. maybe doing something just forgot about it. better to just call her. sms no feeling one.
