POSB/DBS has "Debit Card" which works like MASTER CARD, but it is not a CREDIT CARD ... It does auto-debet from your bank account, so if you have money, you can buy, you don't have, cannot buy ... this is my best choice ... -

but diff is that debit cards can be used for some overseas transactions. nets cannot.

Debit Card have MasterCard logo ... it can be used anywhere which support MasterCard...
Correct, it is easier to abuse if just signing ... CityBank's card (in indonesia) got customer's photo on the card ... so it is safer ... I dunno if in SG got photo or not ..

About single religion ... hmm I haven't mention *what religion is that* ... it could be like "communist" which believe "our government is our god" or "free thinker: do whatever you want to do"... in fact .. my opinion is that "free thinker" and "communist" and any other belief are the religion itself ...
I believe 50-80% .. as this human civilitation move on ... religion will slowly *merged* or *disappear* .. see what happening now: people got religion and no religion also do the same... so the most probably single belief on the future is "Free Thinker" ... god is science and formulated...
About single government... I am sure there is no gov will give up their power to 1 super gov at the moment. And the people also won't let it happened. But think about this... if the recission never ended, everything become worse and worse (as human population exploding like crazy, and the earth resources are getting drained), the scope of recission is not about "people, food, shelter, and humanity" anymore, but about the survival of "countries", about "survival of continents"...

US$ is used as the business currency for the sake of convience.
the reason for having different currencies is becoz of different markets themselves. what costs $1 here may not necessarily cost the same elsewhere.
it is also as a safe guard such that if a certain country's economy goes down, the global economy doesn't go down with it.
such is the case wif the US$ now, it is too widely used such that when their economy sucks, ours follow suit.
