  Well the only thing i can do is to intro a job. I will still make things clear to her like not screwing up and putting me in a difficult position since I got her in.

  Knowing her for quite some time i dont think she got an a problem with her attitude but i spelt everything out to her so i dont think it may affect our friendship and my job?

  by law she must be paid 1 month in-lieu for termination.
