I need help please

My GF got phobia putting makeup due to her ex bf who won't even allow her to put on make up last time scare that she will be snatch away by others by saying she looks like SHIT when putting make up...I wanna help her regain her confidence again. I intend to bring her to a professional make up saloon or wherever can put on make up for her like a professional in order to let her belive that she will look good in make up. Do anyone out there got any good recommendation? I intend to secretly bring her to that place and let her see how nice she would actually look in make up.
BTW, she is a good girl and i don't mind at all that she don't put on make up when she goes out with me. Just that she loves to buy make up kit all these and tell me she buy for fun only..I know in her heart she wanted to look good in make up but no one to turn to or perharps shy..or scared that she put on make up will scare me away...i intend to give her that surprise as a valentine day gift...Please help me...I just want her to be happy and get back her confidence.

if you really think that she is interested in doing make up and wanna boost up her self confidence...if your wallet allows, why not find some makeup or personal grooming course for her to attend? Should be short courses but I'm not sure how much it'll cost though -

First of all, I would like to think that you are a good bf for having this concern. Keep it up!
Whatever you do, do not force her to put on make-up. It will makes her think that you think she looks ugly withot make-up and you prefer girls with make-up on. Let her regain her confidence in looking good. What you can do, maybe, is walk around in shopping centres especially in the cosmestics sections. Lots of free samples for your gf to try on. Maybe you can ask her to try some stuff and maybe say this or that colour suits her. If she don't like it, tell her can always wipe away. Do it slowly and keep the praises going. It would definitely boost her confidence to know that you like her wearing certain make-up and all. At the end of the day, tell her frankly that you are willing to help her gain her confidence in wearing make-up, but you still would not mind if she choose not to put on any make-up. After all, natural beauty is still the best.. Good luck man.. Update us if there's any change in her confidence..

Another is to get a one time treatment.
