Hi , I used to have a very wonderful girlfriend that has been together for more than 3 years . And had just broke up. When we are breaking up , she pops up a question . do you love me or just got used to , having me around by your side ?
When hearing that , i first answer was , Love . But she doesnt believe me ,
If you encounter the similar situation as me , what is your answer ?? -
Love. She didn't believe me, i didn't want to convince her.

Actually she never let me continue this habit but neither did she really stop me, or maybe she did try to stop me but I think she knows she'll fail to make me stop.
I'm still waiting for her answer.
Told her I'll never give up.
Will wait till the day she gives me a positive answer.
Going to visit her next month before V Day..
Actually I don't know what kind of feelings to bring there with me. -

I tot ex A nv love me before but he claimed he did.
I tot ex B love me deep deep but he said no, not even a bit. -

to me both the answers to the questions seem linked.
every relations strat of with crush, then go on to love, finally till you cant do without the person. there is a saying,
"you marry some1 whom you cannot live without, not some1 whom you can live with."
so isn't getting used to her part of the procced to whom you cannot live without?
if you have been neglecting her,taking her for granted then its your own fault. just apologise, be a man, except your mistake, ask to patch, if she don wan, just remain as friends and move on in life. -

She probably had strong opinion that it was the latter. Even if your answer conflict with her original views, she couldn't accept it.
It goes to show that how you preceive your relationship matters greatly. (Third Law of Love - Preception Law).

Actually I disagree with this. When you marry someone you can't live without, it is a decision based on NEED not commitment. On the other hand, being able to live with someone means you share certain values system with that person and you have essentially an affection for him/her which can turn into love.
If my ex ask me a question like this.. i will ask "u ask me this type of question for what? to boost your ego if i say I did love you or? If in the relationship you didnt know how i feel, then I think now that relationship is over, there's no point telling you." -
