Would any guy just quit a relationship that lasted for years?
in 2 and 3, i see contrast.
When you say you're not ready. It just means you're not ready - you cannot manage, cannot commit. You want out for your OWN SAKE.
When you say you don't want to waste her time. It means she's nice and stuff but you're not willing to cause her any pain. You want out BECAUSE of her.
My question.
Can she have her say?

well, the guy jz calls it quit..
he vanished into thin air, dnt contact her anymore? when she finally gets to talk to him, he jz tells her, he is not ready.. and he shld not waste her time anymore. bcos it is not fair, she is such a nice girl like what u jz said. -

I think guys will seldom do the above actions for some noble cause. Guys simply won't do such a thing by advising the girl that they don't want to waste her time...and stay alone and noble and upright without any hidden agenda. There is always a catch behind it and most of the time, the main reason is simply for a more attractive girl.
And the guy is still able to remain their love for her...just physical love.

1st - seriously we cannot make it. there was no chemistry at all. so i asked for a break. maybe i was still shy with girls.
2nd - i left her to be with my third.
3rd - we quarrelled and gave each other the cold shoulder. den we both mutually ended it.
4th - she left me
5th - she left me -
