  the best thing is to keep quiet. By doing that u can see how true your friends are if they got help u or not. Another thing is the more noise u make the more u seems like u are guilty of it

  If the person who is bad mouthing you is your friend, then you can forget about this friend. As for your crush, if she choose to believe that person, then I guess you can forget about this girl too.
