If she ignores you or get mad at you for following-up with her daily routine, then it means that she doesn't like you. If she upgrades her daily routine to scare the sh|t out of you again, then you'll know you got yourself a fan.
Alternatively, if you're really the shy and quiet type...you could ignore her daily routine completely without a flinch for days and weeks until she completely stops herself. Wait for two or three days to confirm that she has stopped already and get her a card instead. Tell her in the card that you misses her daily routine and hope that everything is alright with her and so on (guy's crap practically). She probably won't resume her daily routine after the first card, so give her another card after two or three days again. But this time, remember to ask her out...either for a meal, movie, schoolwork, whatever excuses relevant. From then onwards, you're the chaser. Well, do those stuffs only when you're serious about her and do not attempt to use this to boost whatever male ego you have.
Oh...one thing, it doesn't necessary means that you will succeed if you really does all those stuffs. It's all up to you and yourself.
