i understand your worries for this matter. chances of she getting pregnant should be slim. but since you can see so many suspicious symptoms surfacing, then probably you should just go verify it through proper means to get an answer. I believe none of us here is able to give you a definite answer just by the aftermath of all these symptoms.
Besides worrying, you should also be prepared to take up any responsibility if you all should continue petting in future. -

There are lots reason as to why a ger keeps vomitting. Pregnancy is just one of them and even so, not all gers vomit when pregnant.
Food poisoning, viral infection, bulimic disorder etc etc, the list is endless.
But based on statistics, its highly unlikely that she will be getting pregnant just by petting, as for the blood, unless object is sticked into her genitals, its highly unlikely that there will be any blood, unless u guys used real "creative" positions that requires her to stretch excessively, and from the process the hymen tears.

What you need to do know also is to give assurance to your gf that you'll be there for her, and stick with her no matter what happens.
Maybe after this incident, you'll start to make safety precautions such as getting condoms when you all do it. It may sound stupid, using it for petting. Might as well go all the way right? But you'll never know when either of you suddenly gets super horny or suddenly in the mood. And using condoms are cleaner and not messy too. -
