Fear of flying....

help..ill be flying soon to europe and this is the first time ill be takin a long distance
flight.All alone.and i ll be stuck in an airport (for transit) for 2 hours.
any tips on surviving the flight?and any tips to get myself upgraded to Business class?(heehee)
questions) can i wear my contact lens throughout the flight?
and can i bring the evian water spray on the plane?(canister form)
help..any constructive tips are welcome!

i took a long flight to Europe myself too many years ago.
No contact eyes advisable
evian water spray may not be welcome on board.
Bring a novel/magazine along with you
Sleep as much if you can
Wa la ....you will reach Europe in no time -

Alcohol and soft drinks will dehydrate you further on the flight, so ask for water or fruit juice.
Use ear muffs if you find it too noisy to sleep. Don't forget to snap pictures of the sunrise and sunset from the plane...it's a gorgeous view for those who sit by the window.
Have fun exploring the shops in the transit lounge, and I'm sure the European ones now have many things for you to kill time with. Gute Reise.

Instead of plain water....can opt to use miracle water (SKII) or Mistspray (Nuskin)
for better effect
do remember to drink lot of water during the flight
and exercise yr feet to allow proper blood circulation
