i applied for my attachment at the big 4 accounting firms and cant secure even a chance to go for an interview..
i guess soon i will be sent to some small company for my attachment.
i am currently a undergrad at a local uni.
i am rather demoralised now..
i have no ecas, no fancy grades. in fact my grades are below sch average.
i am worried for my future becos i cant seem to differentiate among my peers.
some frens whom i feel are undeserving actually made it to interviews and being hired. life is indeed unfair...
firstly, you are not even in dean's list. of cse the firms will not accept u. There are dean list student applying, why will they want to compromise for the lower graders?
Secondly, you know you cant differentiate yourself from the norm. Do something. No good grades, but at least your CCAs must be quite ok to impress others on your non-academic skills mah..
Go join something now..dun be demoralise. Always rem that no matter how bad u think you are, there will always be some1 worse than you..

IA is small thing. Next time after you graduate, to secure a good job will be the goal to look forward to. Joining a small firm for IA doesnt mean anything too. Its always good to gain experience first...
