  is it allowed or done in singapore.if a man want to marry a woman. both sigh an agreement whereby saying if like eg a man caught for adultery will have to pay mainteneance but if wife caught, she will agree not to claim maintenance...

  I am not entirely sure, but I think that these are of not much use in Singapore. Certainly in the UK, these are not binding.
  
  Where a child is concernd, then the welfare of the child is paramount and I am pretty sure that your agreement will then be useless.

  i heard of no such law in singapore..but for better advice,pay 40bucks and hour to consult a lawyer..

  first, such legal agreement is not "legal " in Singapore court.
  
  Second, its already in the Singapore Family / Woman charter.
  
  end of the day, legally you still need proof to get your other partner to admit to the law or agreement.

  Upon divorce, the man doesn't have to be caught with adultery so that he has to pay maintenance. There're many simpler reasons within the laws for him to pay.
  
  Not sure about the female caught with adultery not being allowed to claim for maintenance though.
