my colleagues always got outing and always "jio" me go out...but i juz don want to go out...they r very nice ppl...and usually the outings are sponsored.But i juz don want to go out with them....not that i don like them..but i juz rather stay at home and rot.I think they are also lookin forward for me to join them one day...but i have run out of excuses!!!!and my supervisor made me promise her ill join them for the next outing.HOW?!!!!!!!!!! i really don want to go!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

haha....just joking...bonding is very important in working environment. During office hours, not much bonding is done. Only after work, when people let their hair down, will they start to open their hearts...That is when true bonding and understanding your colleagues starts! -

Where they go? Some places which you hated like pubs, KTV? If yes, just tell them. I have told my friends I won't go to these places, so if they intend to, they will leave me out. If they are going to restaurants, coffee shops, etc, just go. No harm will be done. Besides, going there to just drink coffee won't kill you. Take it as a chance to socialize, to know them. Don't stay at home and rot. i realised that it's not good..cos sooner or later, u'll find that there's nth left to do at home..and there's nobody to talk to u and accompany u anymore
that's when u feel very lonely..
