Do not work on what one would call external pressures. ie If there are pple looking at you, the situation is too big for u to handle. Realise that the pressure is all coming from yrself.. it is INTERNAL NOT EXTERNAL.
The first step is to be able to wholly understand yourself. Have u asked yrself why u feel so pressured? Because u want to do yr best? are you expecting too much from yrself? Breathing techniques will not help, unless u go deep within yrself and search out yr inner fears and deal correctly with them.
Willing to hear from you abt wat it is u really fear. May be able to advise on how u can properly deal with these fears.
