Think back to all the big troubles you had lived through in your young life. Was is as bad as you thought at that time? Did you not go through it?
So you see, people feel bad sometimes for no reasons (due brain chemicals only.) Whether for good reasons or no reason, it goes away eventually. If it does not go away, then you might need to take some medicine. Prozac or one of those.
The other way is to indulge in the mosery. Let yourself feel bad and enjoy the feeling. Cry, mope, scream and or listen to sad music that makes you even more miserable.

I am always the butt of all jokes, relatives look down on me, parents are unreasonable
of all my friends,perhaps only about 5 or 6 are the ones I feel comfortable with while the rest just seems to discriminate me and hate me..
to be honest, i think some of you here know that im overweight.. people always make fun of me this way, sometimes i know they joking but other times I just feel very inferior when they do that
and i have a bad flaw which affects my life greatly and people seem to discriminate me and just can't get any luck with girls cause of it not a problem actually but has caused a big confidence dent -

brace up,dude. dun do things that are irreversible at the heat of the moment. many of us r willing to help u here. no matter how miserable or depressed i feel at times,seeking death is never an option. cos as the cliche goes "only with life,there's hope".

No luck with gal? U also see a lot of not good-looking guy but got nice-looking gf beside them..How they do it? Cos they not like u,sit here complaining,talking abt sucide and not do something abt it.. -
I go for jogs every 2 days now but they just keep assuming me that I eat alot and always embarass me even though I force myself to smile and laugh with them

Please. Would rather reinforce the attention-seeking behaviour. Trust me - I have lost, or nearly lost, enough friends to realise this - most, if not all, were clinically depressed. -

However, since you're very depressed, I'll put your silliness aside & give you some counsel. Not everybody will appeal to everyone. Some people hate me because I'm Not sympathetic enough (I have No time for whingers, honestly), or feel I'm too harsh. But there're some who understand that my tough talking is outta concern, particularly friends. I could easily go sayang sayang, & I wouldn't have helped a person at all. Some of them have gone on to become good friends of mine.
2ndly, if you think things are bad now, wait till you go to work. If you can even find a true friend at work, it's a bleeding bonus. In life, count yourself lucky if you have a handful of true friends who'll be there for you. Because that's all you'll ever need. Who needs alot of hi bye friends? They're Not gonna be there for you when you take a fall.
Being overweight is Not a sin. Go do something about it. Walk, eat more heathily, & drink alot of water to reduce water retention.

hi agenda..i was once like u ....
since young i was small sized, very thin, n ugly...had few friends in sec school...those few friends i had stop contacting me after Os
poly was better, i open up alot more, but friends still few...cause of my looks ba...most r just Hi n bye friends...worse is now i m suffering from hair loss..
family anit gd either...i m eldest n yet the most stupid..my two bro went to elite jcs, gd looks n wad have u got..
my only suggestion is if u r not satisifed with yr looks, work on it...even if u fail, at least u try... a
eat less n eat clean, do plenty of cardio exercise n also consider going to gym to do weights..weights wont make u fatter,it will speed up yr metabolism n burn yr fats...SO start working on it!!!..It tAkes alot of discipline...N if u succed u will be very proud of yrself for overcoming such a hurdle,ppl will praise u, n u will see visible results -
Physical appearance is not just about facial features only,still got attire,hairstyle and complexion and of course physique.If you don't have the face,then work on all these other aspects.
