Case 2: definitely dont even tink about stealing her away... must remember if she can leave her bf for u, she can leave u for another guy... theres so many good gals outside so no point waste ur energy on her... give other gals a chance...
there are guys who do that some gain the rewards but some end up losing their way and made themselves look bad... so unless u like the 'single' gal alot and know her for long periods that u know she is the one, else dont put all your hopes on her... -

From my experience some girls intensely hate guys who are desperately chasing after her and can't take a hint. Well as guys, we do love the hunt and how can we hunt when our prey isn't running? Here is my advice, don't seem like you're overly interested in her. Treat her like a lady. Ask her out when the time is right. Respect her decision to dish or turn you down, but be nice to her instead of wallowing in self-pity.
Oh and "love" is an undiluted word that is too strong for you to use in this scenario. Replace it with "like", cause if you "love" someone, you'd want them to be happy instead of being persistant that she be yours only. Love is freedom.
Case 1: If I know she doesn't like me the way i like her, I will only ever try to persue whenever it seems convinient. (eg. after work I could ask her as a friend if she'd want to join me for dinner, to build rapport between us)
Case 2: If I know she likes me, but is already attached, I will consider only carefully. I will not want her to feel like i'm pulling her away from her bf, but yet at the same time, give her another option if ever she becomes single again.
Patience is key to every good relationship, never rush through. Even with girls I get turned off easily when they have no patience. Always show her the respect she deserve. No woman should fall victim to heartaches and heart breaks. -

Too much persistance makes one look like a psycho freak....and if the girl doesn't like you at all, prolly being too persistant will make her start depising you, or maybe call you names like "stalker" or "irritant" blah blah blah
