Sometimes do you feel like you are not needed in this world?

I always feel that way..I mean, there are better people out there and what makes me so special? I do not think anyone out there needs me. I think they only want people with benefits. How abt you, do you feel this way?

sometimes i feel that way too..
but think of it this way, u MUST have at least impacted people in some way or another -
I feel the same last time. Took me 2 years to get rid of this feeling. Maybe its because you are lonely? You feel you aren't special to someone and stuff. You just have to do alot of self-reflection and then self-improvement.
Take a look around you. See your friends smile at your presence? there you've made an impact on their lifes. thats how i make myself feel important, making people around me smile and laugh, to be a blessing to others. -

well actually i think that we are not really needed in the world lah our function can be easily replaced by other competent people even our loved ones can receive equal or even more love from other people as well without any inputs from us....

It's true and I would agree with you that I'm not the best in this world...
How special you are is just how special you make yourself out to be...
There shouldn't be any much doubt if you're a person needed in this world... It's really just a matter of whether you're where you're needed... And what would you be doing when there're hands reaching out for your concern... -
I too had such feeling when I was in secondary school and to poly. Keep wondering why were I here. Its was a time when I mostly kept to myself, in sec sch, was very quiet in class, dun really have much to talk to others, although I was with a big group of friends. When we went out, if the ppl who were there are more then 4 ppl, I will be very quiet de. But slowly I moved out of the circle. Its all part and parcel of life, you have to go through it before you can walk out of it. Be strong

Humans are senstitive creatures and they need to feel special once in awhile. Its a normal feeling but don't dwell into it. if u are a doc, cop, firefighter, nurse and watever it is, u can save someone's life.
if u are a musician, your music can bring life to ppl.
watever u are, your existance is impt to others in this world.

First, don't give shit what other people think of you.
Second, get yourself something real to keep you occupied. Preferably ones that can offer you spiritual satisfaction. Wealth accumulation can be a spiritually satisfied thing (no gambling here). Or community service. Or better still, join the Navy.

Well, i got this feeling since i moved on to post secondary education. But well, i managed to get out of it with the involved in my CCA and regular contact with my secondary sch friends....
Everyone got a talent or a special ability, harness it. The ability might seem simple or trival, but u can take the ability and develop it further, right ?? -
