It depends why they do that in the first place, chances are it must be something wrong you did that trigger the event. If they do it even though you did not do anything wrong, you can speak to them and reason things out. If you did something wrong, then you should have expected such things happening. It's like if you commit a crime, you should expect police to come and catch you. But if you commit a crime and complains that the police come and catch you, and cause your embarressment, then it's not a good argument, is it? But if you didn't commit any crime, then when the police come, you have the right to reason things out yah?

yea maybe something wrong but it is definitely a trival matter. A small incident and it goes like as if you done alot... Small matter as in I misplace something... which isn't too much of an issue. The fact is that I think if things is wrong... could have told me nicely or at least at the back. Rather than degrade me before others... That was so... ego destroyed... especially if infront of my subordinate... how am I going to lead them in future with the same respect and trust from them?...

Your parents scolded you in public, is it? Just a wild guess. Well, parents are your life-givers so whenever they did something wrong or embarrasing to me, l remind myself that if it wasn't for them, I wouldn't be in this world. If it wasn't for them, I wouldn't be living this kind of a luxurious life. All these kinds of things to make me realize that we cannot survive without our parents looking after us.

You remind me of my last company sia... There is this senior guy, who is like the most senior in the team but rank below the big boss... and during meeting he scold him and shoot him right in front of everybody... Really so sad for that senior guy, work so hard for the boss but yet not appreciated...
