Problem with mom

i wanted to ask your opinion about how to solve my propblem.it is a rather strange problem and i want complete frank answers from you. i am 20 year old guy . my problem is that i find my mom very attractive and sexy. she is only 36 and very very sexy. my dad works abroad in dubai and comes home only once a year for 2 weeks.
the other part of the problem is that mom has a boyfriend now. he is dads ex boss( an old guy around 65 years of age). initially he used to come once in a while to meet mom but recently he has shifted to our house. he is retired and now spends all the time with my mother. mom has made me promise that i would not tell anybody about it. the thing is i dont mind mom having a boyfriend because i often get to see her naked while she is having sex. i have also secretly photgraphed mom having sex.
hearing them having sex at night has made things worse for me. my cravings for her has increased and i end up masturbating 3-4 times a day thinking about her. i dont find any other girl attractive and am completely addicted to my mom. i am planning to tell her about my feelings, maybe she will haev sex with me too..
Please advice what i should do.. dont make fun of this post coz its true..

Friend.....you are not able to think clearly....but subconsciously deep down in your mind somewhere the alarm bells are ringing very loud and therefore you are indeed 'disturbed' as your nick suggests...
I recommend you to move out and get a change of environment, get away from her for the time being....because you are unable to think or control yourself in that environment.....it is like putting yourself and setting up yourself in a time bomb...waiting to explode....waiting for something bad to happen....
Why not you move out, stay at some friend's place......to calm yourself down and think for a bit....I really dont think you can do anything much or anything helpful or positive if you keep putting yourself in that kind of situation.
And do this quickly, ok? -

thanks for the suggestions(those who gave it). i had earlier planned to move out but our family situation is not very good. moreover i dont want to leave mom alone with this guy. he is helping us a lot with money etc.. but still i cant leave mom alone. i try and think about other things which will help me take my mind off her but its very difficult.. -
I think Freud once mentioned its natural for boys to have sexual feelings towards their mothers. But I think you need real professional help. Perhaps its just a fleeting fantasy you had while you were young that has become deeply ingrained within you.
