One guy at the office always call one sexy girl "darling" and she also calls him "darling" and because they are both in sales (she suppose to be indoor) they two of them always go out together... you people think the adjorn to Mount Faber in the day time? BTW he just registered his marriage (I saw the email reply from ROM) and she is only 20 or 21 and everyday wear those anime-like costume.

i think it depends lor.. i mean if the guy usually calls all his friends including girls slut and cb then confirm got something special if he suddenly become all wimpy and mushy and calls her dEaRzZZzz what.

Well, he add the word 'friend' behind, so he thinks of you as his good friend. Unless he calls you 'dear' then something is wrong.

dear is harmless..........i always call the people i work with,and the troops when im working with them,wheter i know them or not,,darls,sweety,gorgeous,honey....whatever......it makes them smile,and i smile when i see them smiling....a lot of people do it as a habit,just to make people happy.when im having to live in a camp out bush with 1200 army troops,im gonna try and make them happy,who would want to be locked in camp with 1200 grumpy,homesick guys??? no-one!!! all it takes is a," hey darls,what can i get ya?" and a, "thanks hun!" it brightens up peoples day........its harmless....doesnt mean im flirting with them....cause thats not me....but i like to try and make people happy!
dear is very tame....so dont stress dear!!!
