Buyer Hidden himself

I meet a coward who bid the item i sell in ebay, after i send the parcel of my item to him and i email him and he didn't reply me.(before this when i send, he will definitely reply)because i trust to seller, so i can wait untill he get the item just bank in to me.
after 2 weeks already as he said he promise bank in to me when he receive the item, i called him, he say he is busy ok i understand and i wait, the 3rd week i call him up, he said he just collect the item and ask me to check my bank acc on the 2nd day noon, i check on the eveninng, no transaction. i call his both mobile number, no answer, wht the *&^%
i know where he is working at and his home address + both his phone number. wht is the next u guys suggest me to do?

You should have collected his $$ first before sending out the parcel, I thought that was the usual practice on Ebay?

trust?then he has failed U lor...question is...can U live without being paid?
how valuable is ur item?
U can try complaining to ebay and give him negative feedback...but I have a feeling its not going to be very useful since I dunno if U followed the terms and conditions of ebay.

im asking you to go his office cause tts a place whr he can be confronted and there face to face u can settle it with him.
n tts provided that he gave you his real particulars in the 1st plc. -
Do you have a log of all the exchanges with him? If so, send him a stern email that if you do not receive money within 3 days, you're going to lodge a police report.
If I'm not wrong, this would go under internet fraud. -

Anyway, the terms of the contract was changed when you sent it to him based on what he emailed you saying that he will pay for it once he received the goods. -
sms the fellow with a 12 hr dateline, otherwise you'll report him for theft...period. for the time you spent here posting this issue, i would have either gotten the money or have the police spoken to him already....

place negative feedback on him and report him.
Why did u sent before receiving payment? Or you could just pay extra and use escrow services -
warn him that u can and will make the report...this kind of people won't cry till they see the coffin...

if he is a singaporean, report him to police, print out all ur emails, etc. file a report with ebay, and see if u stand for their seller protection programme. leave a negative feedback and pay a visit to his office or home if u have time and tell it to everyone he knows there.
he will feel worse den being hunted down by ah long. -
on safe side, buyer should always collect the money first before sending out the good.

if still cannot get payment, report to ebay. -
Hi Bates, I have similar experience. But for me, the item is not expensive. I don't even bother to give him bad rating. I don't feel cheaped. Because I believe that what he own me now he will have to return sooner or later. Maybe in next life :-) Life is not only about money.....

i call him already, today he claim he already bank in but i check my account, no payment, he say he is using other bank, it will update within 24hrs, i am not sure correct or not. i am using posb, he is other bank.

make yourself un-offendable~! show him ur authority la. give him all u got, wreck havoc his office, call police, followed by a house visit.
provided u got the time to bother him...

just tell him if u dun receive the payment within 24 hours , u will call the police la .. obviously he wanna stall time until u are tired of it and then eventually heck care abt it ( means giving him the item for free ) .. come on . dun kia si and all those .. or els how u survive in this society ??

buy a gas cylinder...the one used in gas cooker for cooking...as big as possible...set it up as a bomb at his door....rig it up to blow it once the door pass its triplaser or wire..
then tell him pay up if not he cant leave the house or die -
Nevertheless, lodge a police report, report to eBay and set an ultimatum of deadline. No response by the due date/time set, initiate your next logical action.
Obviously, you are in the wrong in the first place by not abiding to eBay's terms and conditions of conducting auction. So, expect to write off the item you sent if all fails. It is classified as internet fraud, but sadly with your knowledge to do so because of your shortcut in getting payment. Ever heard of Cash-On-Delivery or PayPal? Use them in future.
I do not see any issue at all since it is between the buyer and the seller in a commercial transaction bounded by eBay's terms and conditions. -
How long actually it take Citibank transfer $ to POSB bank?

until now sat 11++am still haven't receive!
